Part 135 charter
Flight operations
Client advisory
The role
- Source, vet, and price charter itineraries across our network of FAA-certificated Part 135 operators — and stake your own judgment on every recommendation.
- Read operator specs, safety ratings, and crew currency the way a dispatcher reads them, so the client never has to.
- Own the client relationship end to end: first inquiry, trip planning, day-of coordination, and follow-up.
- Catch the things that don’t add up — a duty-time conflict, a runway-length problem, a weather call — before they become the client’s problem.
Required qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree — aviation, aeronautical science, business, or a related field preferred.
- An active FAA certificate in one of the following: Aircraft Dispatcher (FAA ADX / 14 CFR Part 65), Commercial Pilot Certificate, or Airline Transport Pilot (ATP).
- 2+ years inside Part 135 operations — a charter operator, brokerage, flight department, or management company.
- Working command of 14 CFR Parts 91 and 135, plus a real understanding of duty and rest limits, weather minimums, and aircraft performance.
- Fluency with flight-planning and scheduling tools.
Preferred — any of these move you to the top
- An FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate and a pilot certificate.
- Time as pilot-in-command under Part 135.
- Experience with ARGUS, Wyvern, or IS-BAO safety auditing standards.
- International-operations experience — ICAO flight planning, customs, and permits.
- Prior work in luxury client service or high-net-worth account management.
