Information you provide. When you request a quote, inquire about an empty-leg flight, or contact us about aircraft management, we collect the details you submit — such as your name, email address, phone number, and trip or aircraft information.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. This includes analytics data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) collected via Google Analytics, and advertising data collected via the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags.
We share information only as needed to operate our business: with FAA-certificated Part 135 operators to arrange flights you request; with service providers that power our website, customer-relationship management, analytics, and advertising (such as Google, Meta, HubSpot, and our hosting and form providers); and where required by law. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments.
