What We Charge

The fee schedule

One fixed fee, set by aircraft category, on its own line of every quote — next to the carrier’s price. We take nothing from operators. The bigger the trip, the smaller our slice.

TierFeeOn a typical trip
Long-range$4,0003.6% of a $110,000 trip
Heavy jet$3,0004.6% of a $65,000 trip
Midsize / super-midsize$2,0005.3% of a $38,000 trip
Light jet$1,5007.5% of a $20,000 trip
International · any category+$1,000added when a trip crosses a border

What the fee pays for. Every quote is the product of real hours of work — vetting the operator behind your trip, checking their certificates, safety record and insurance, and combing the market by hand for the best aircraft at the right price for your specific route. Our price reflects that effort, not a cut of what you spend.

Why the fee rises with the category. Larger jets fly with more complex operators — more crews, maintenance programs, and insurance layers to check before we clear them. The fee reflects the depth of vetting each tier demands, not the price of the trip.

International trips add $1,000. A flat $1,000 on any category when a trip crosses a border — for the customs, permits, and overflight coordination an international leg requires. Disclosed on the same line, before you book.

Its own line, every time. The carrier’s quote passes through unmarked; our fee appears beside it as its own line — never blended into one number.

Multi-leg itineraries are quoted as one flat number in advance. Never a percentage.

No operator-side money. No commission, no referral, no markup — on any trip. When an operator discounts a flight, the discount is yours.

Send us a trip and see it in writing — the carrier’s price and our fixed fee, two lines on one page. Or read how the rest of the industry gets paid.
